  • Briyana and Jaydeep have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Rooms MUST BE booked through their group block link on this website in order to attend wedding events, to be included in group promotions, to be protected by agency support in case of travel or other potential issues, and to be given priority access to rooming requests and be placed in the group block located near the bride and groom's group. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a travel agency will not be honored and an additional fee will be required to attend wedding events.

  • While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the celebration in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, February 25, 2025-Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Kindly note the nights before February 27th and after March 3rd are subject to availability.

  • Please make your reservation by December 5, 2024, so we can plan for your attendance of events.

  • Bookings made for 4+ night stays will receive a $500 Spa Credit Promotion (16% service fee applies).

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Shaadi Destinations currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

  • Payment for new bookings will be charged between 11/1/2024-12/1/2024

  • Cancellation prior to February 20, 2025 will be subject to a full refund; no penalties

  • Cancellation after February 20, 2025 will be non refundable; subject to full penalty

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?

  • Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

  • Indian Citizens will need to obtain a tourist visa unless they have a valid US Visa or are permanent residents of Canada, UK, or Japan. Please verify requirements before travel, you can find specific requirements here.

  • If in doubt, please get in touch with your local Mexican embassy.

Is there transportation available between Cancún International Airport and the resort?

What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.

  • Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.

Can I stay for just 2 nights?

  • While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
