Reservations MUST be made using this form to attend wedding events; reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a travel agency will not receive any group perks, group pricing, and promotions.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Monday, February 19, 2025-Monday, February 26, 2025.
To calculate the per person nightly rate, here are some examples for the Deluxe Gold 2 Doubles:
1 adult = $453 / night
2 adults = $453 / night / 2 = $226.50 / adult / night
3 adults = $453 + $160 / night / 3 = $204.33 / adult / night
Room Total Cost can be found by multiplying nightly rate x number of nights.
Example 1: 2 adults in a Deluxe Gold King for 4 nights would be Double Occupancy Rate of $453 x 4 nights = $1,812 all-inclusive of food, beverages, activities, taxes, and fees.
Example 2: 3 adults + 1 child (age 10) in a Deluxe Gold 2 Doubles for 4 nights would be Double Occupancy Rate of $453 + Extra Adult Rate of $160 + Child Rate of $0 = $613 x 4 nights = $2,452 all-inclusive of food, beverages, activities, taxes, and fees.
There is an environmental fee of approximately $2.00 USD/night that is charged at the hotel, subject to change.
